Out of the dozens of vendors we've worked with over the years, this is the first we'll be terminating due to the quality of the service not the product. I know multiple companies that were forced in to renewing a contract because they didn't catch that Zoom Info, unlike any other service I've used, has a day notice not 30 required to discontinue renewal.

On multiple occasions their approach to getting a contract renewal or increasing our spend has been through force and contractual language, rather than actual service. They have a very large database, but the quality of the data is mediocre.

Granted this is a problem with every one of their competitors. It literally feels like an abusive relationship. We're switching to Seamless. This company has stolen my info from Efinancial careers and published my name etc. This is ridiculous. I can't even get hold of them. I have reached out many times about wrong information about my company and have always been assured someone would get back to me Never happens.

It seems that there can't be much in the form of checks and balances when someone submits info. They have a competitor listed as a principal for my company. This competitor has never worked for me in any way. I guess anyone can submit info.

Stole my information from LinkedIn without my consent. Cannot remove it or even contact support with downloading their software and signing up. A disgusting, dishonest, corrupt company that should not exist. Unethical Company with unethical people.

We have a long-time customer with ZoomInfo. The price point for the solution did not meet the value for our company.

We canceled and they will not accept our notice. Now they are threatening legal action based on an auto-renew clause not stated very clearly in their contract. I did not know companies like this still existed no ethics and no integrity.

Our recruiting and sales teams have been using the ZoomInfo platform for a few months and it's been extremely helpful. We love being able to have clear insights for our Sales teams and it enhances our overall bottom line to utilize accurate data in Recruiting. This is a tool that is an absolute game changer. I've been using the ZoomInfo platform for a few months and it's been extremely helpful in being able to improve my overall prospecting and for my sales team.

I'm able to look up contacts and make connections and reduce the number of cold calls because I can find out in the database who the decision makers are - it's been amazing. Very deceptive sales tactics. Auto-renew is one of them with no room to cancel even 45 days prior to renewal. They reach out to schedule a renewal talk and schedule it for after the auto renew date. I enjoyed the service but cannot stand their business practices and will never work with them or any company that operates in this manner.

Their attorney Alexis Demoulas perpetuates their unethical tactics by trying to enforce their contracts. Shame on you and Zoom for this behavior. Having asked ZoomInfo to remove incorrect details about our company on their website including turnover, phone number and members of staff , they have been unresponsive.

We continue to receive many phone calls for a different company. Zoominfo bullied Trustpilot to remove the review, so here it is again. Unethical business practices like I have never seen before in an attempt to lock you in their contract forever. The data for Europe is not even good; we got almost no return on the expensive investment we made on the platform, so our sales team decided not to renew. However, Zoominfo's contract is shady and sneaks in a tiny auto-renew clause in the contract; you won't hear from them again after you sign up until the moment your "opt-out window" for the contract expires.

We've tried to cancel our contract with a 45 days notice, but they claim it's not possible and we must renew another year because the notice is 60 days uncommon in the SaaS industry. Their reps harass you, calling five times a day to force the renew and threatening with legal action and debt collectors. We are a company based in Europe, and the European Union considers this practice "unfair contract terms" and such lock-in clauses cannot be enforced as they do in the US, but still Zoominfo keeps sending constant legal threats, even claim that will involve the US Embassy in the matter, and harasses our sales reps and calls the office all the time with more threats.

I've been using ZoomInfo for about a year and it's been instrumental for my sales team to prospect and tap into new markets. I'm always amazed by the amount of data we get!

The data has been a game changer for our sales team. I was really impressed with the quality of the data and the automative tools that help make prospecting less manual and time consuming for my reps. ZoomInfo has provided us with accurate data that's helped our business reach multiple prospects in the U. S and UK.

The insights have been a game-changer. Kings of Spam. Words fail me--was looking for an email address and made the mistake of giving them my contact information for "a free trial. And even worse, they appear to have sold that number to a large number of other business who are now also calling. And they just tried LinkedIn and are really proud of themselves for being really persistent. The word I would use is harassment. We were baited in as many were here with promises of the Earth, only to have the products stripped back when actually paying.

Promises of ongoing support, a user friendly system, all lies. The system is intuitive, hard to use and carry out the most basic functions, only to find a lot of the data is fake anyway and made up by their internal systems. Pure boiler room, high pressure sales tactics intended to extract maximum value before you realize its a rip-off. You aren't able to test drive the service without speaking to a "Director" and making a commitment. Better served with a Linked In premium subscription, which is backed by MS and privacy-compliant.

I am trying to prevent them from using my data and the opt out page just sends me in a loop to an error page. It seems they are stretching the legitimate interest rule of GDPR to the max. They are very deceptive. My new salesperson wanted this service. It was expensive but I figured the money it would generate would pay for it. I used it for one quarter but it was not generating enough business and during the pandemic, I just could not afford it. I stopped using it and told customer service I needed to cancel it. Overall the software works well and does what it should, I just wish there was a little more flexibility with segmentation so all companies could be found in a specific market. I work in technology staffing sales and this tool has been the best for souring new and existing clients. Love that you can customize you search by title, location, company, location and filter it to get a very narrow list of leads. It usually has the most updated list of contacts so you can use that list to cross reference with what you have and it provides you direct phone numbers and email.

Love that it gives both! You have a max amount of names you can extract monthly onto an excel. My experience with ZoomInfo has been solid. There have been some bumps, but when I communicated my experience and dissatisfaction with them in an appropriate way their team acted appropriately and reasonably to accommodate my concerns. They have a strong customer service team, and I would recommend this product to anyone looking to utilize a system like this who is willing to spend the money.

The accuracy of the data. Zoominfo has more direct dials, including cell phone numbers and desk extensions, than any contact database on the market. Zoominfo has very detailed data across all firmographics, but their employee count for small businesses between employees is often inaccurate.

For instance, in populating a list of companies with 10 or more employees, a lot of those person companies may only have one or two Not a big deal, in considering their accuracy for companies with over 20 employees and all the other pros.

It use to be a 'steal', but the pricing has continued to increase since Discoverorg purchased it. Still a very reasonable price for it's value, but it is becoming frustrating as the costs continue to increase significantly. Rainking does not have the same depth for contacts. It has extensive contacts within IT departments and identifies c-level contacts at a lot of companies, but not nearly as extensive of a database. Worth considering if only targeting IT professions. Has the same comparable level of direct contact info and a cool feature for viewing department diagrams for hierarchy of employees.

For reasons stated above. Zoominfo has far greater direct contact info. Insideview is comparable for emails although not as accurate , but can not be compared for direct phone numbers they mainly only provide company phone. If ZoomInfo can't find it, I don't think it exists. Apollo doesn't give you as many credits and I found most of the information they gave wasn't accurate.

Zoominfo is really easy to use as a prospecting tool that connects well with Salesforce CRM on your day to day prospecting activities. This is no doubt one of the easiest to use lead generation, demand generation, and prospecting tools that I have ever used.

The buyer intent feature is useful and it does tell you the visitors of your website which is great for the sales team to see the interest of the prospects or opportunities to prioritize.

I love how you can search a company and see the organisation chart of the company and see the employees. Either people have switched jobs or provided wrong emails. Which has resulted in higher hard or soft bounces for us. Also, the pricing is a bit too much when you get too much of quantity but not enough quality. My overall experience with Zoominfo SalesOS have been amazing we see a major improvement in our prospecting numbers and it also helped us to save time.

Zoominfo provides filters that are easy to use and it helps you to segregate the data as per your requirement. Integration with CRM is amazing and it works without a lag. It's just that sometimes the data present in Zoominfo is not that accurate as compared to Linkedin. ZoomInfo has the largest database of companies, contacts in the USA, it helps our sales team, who are working with the US, to get relevant contact information and most importantly, the tool helps us to get direct dials.

Software is very easy to use, it integrates with all of the most popular sales technology tools like Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach and etc. The best thing about Zoominfo is their largest database of companies, contacts in the United States.
